With a good nutritional program, one is able to gain a lot of muscle mass with this program. It is mandatory for one to maintain good nutritional levels while enrolling for such an intense strength training routine. Having a poor nutritional program may lead one to burnout due to the high level intense training exercises. A high calorie diet would be most appropriate for everyone going through this program.

Strength training exercises are known to offer weight loss benefits as well as protecting one’s muscle mass and bone health. These exercises help one become well-toned which in turn improves their coordination as well as balance.
